1. These Terms & Conditions govern the supply by us of any jewelry product ordered by you on the site. By ordering a product, you are bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. How A Contract Is Formed

1. When placing an order, you must create an account on the website and follow the instructions on the website on how to place an order or make changes to the order.

2. You shall pay for the product in full at the time of ordering with the available payment platforms in the website.

3. You are responsible for reviewing the latest Terms & Conditions before you submit an order.

4. Your order is only confirmed after we issue our confirmation of order.

5. If you realize that you have made a mistake with your order after submission to the site, please contact us at info@bblingjewelry.com  immediately. Regardless, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order.

6. A contract will relate only to those jewelry products stated in the Confirmation of Order. We are under no obligation to supply any other products which may have been part of your order but not included in the Confirmation of Order.

7. You must ensure that information submitted to us is accurate and up to date, and inform us of any changes. must only submit to us information which is accurate and not misleading and you must keep it up to date and inform us of changes.

4. Cancellation

1. We may cancel a contract if the product is not available for any reason. You will be notified and refunded for any payment made.
2. We will usually refund any payment received from you via the same method that you use to pay for the product.

5. Cancellation By Customer (Non-Faulty Product)

We do not allow cancellation of orders by customers. Please review your order carefully. Once orders are placed, you will not be able to modify or cancel it. 

Please take note of natural gemstones, the color, intensity and inclusions vary from gem to gem. Exchange or return of items due to such reasons will not be accepted. 

Please ensure the correct ring size is ordered. Cancellation of order due to wrong ring size ordered will not be accepted.

The weight and dimension of the gemstones is given as a guidance. Gemstones of same type of items will vary as they are natural stones. No exchange or cancellation will be accepted for such reasons.

6. Faulty Products

1. We warrant that the product will be delivered in the correct quantities ordered and undamaged.
2. To inform us of a faulty product, please email us within 7 days upon receival of products at info@bblingjewelry.com  with the below information:

• Your name and contact number
• Your order number, tracking number, and item name (if any)
• Descriptions of the alleged damage
• Any faulty products must be exchanged within 30 days upon delivery order date.

7. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

1. We shall not be liable to you for any breach, hindrance or delay in the performance of a contract attributable to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
2. Either party may terminate a contract forthwith by written notice to the other in the event that the Event of Force Majeure lasts for a period of three business days or more, in which event neither party shall be liable to the other by reason of such termination (other than for the refund of a Product already paid for by you and not delivered).
3. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products and website.

8. Amendment To The General Business Terms And Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted online. Any use of the site will be construed as acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

9. Inaccuracy Disclaimer

From time to time, the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after your order submission).

10. Financial Support For Anti-Money Laundering/Countering The Financing Of Terrorism

We are a regulated dealer in compliance with Ministry of Law, under the Precious Stones and Precious Metals (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) Act 2019 (“PSPM Act”) and Precious Stones and Precious Metals (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) Regulations 2020 (“PMLTF Regulations”).

Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied we our products ( with clause 5 in place ),  we will try our best to accommodate any request to exchange your purchase.

Within 7 days upon receiving your piece, you can exchange it for other items of equivalent or lesser value. You can also top up the difference to replace your item with a higher value piece.

When requesting for an exchange, please provide us with the original invoice. We accept items that are not damaged or scratched in their original packaging. Kindly note that personalized, engraved, or resized items cannot be exchanged.

Additional cost incurred for shipment will be beared by customer.

To provide goods and services to you and also to comply with the laws applicable to us including those for the prevention of money laundering and the countering of any terrorism financing, it may be necessary for B Bling to ask for your personal data such as your name, company details, address, e-mail address, telephone number, identification number, passport details, source of funds, including those of persons to whom a gift has been purchased for and will be shipped to. Generally, we may use this information to respond to your requests, or to contact you via mail, e-mail or phone to inform you of new products, services, or promotions we may offer, and where required under the laws that we are bound, to seek further information. 
2. If applicable law requires, we may also request further information from you when you enter one of our contests, take advantage of our promotions of special offers, or wish to use our services such as subscribing to our mailing list or updating our records.
